  Provided the HR development of a greenfield pulp mill in northern Alberta and oversaw all HR functions for the Company from the Divisional level to Corporate leadership. As a senior member of the leadership team I provided corporate and organizational continuity to the changing leadership teams from Japan. As a senior team member I played an integral role in all facets of the business including operations, forestry, pension and compensation, performance management, policy governance, labour relations and Aboriginal affairs. I also led the Company's strategic communications both externally and internally. My phased retirement has ended December 2016 and I will transition into an independent management Consultant.   I have retired from DMI as GM of HR and Director of Corporate Communications and have transitioned into an independent Management Consultant focussing on organizational development, compensation and pension expertise, performance management, leadership coaching and labour relations expertise. I have also worked extensively on aboriginal partnerships and successful business joint ventures. I have a wealth of experience in both unionized and non union work places.
