      During my tenure working as a Master's thesis student at DLR, the main focus was working on Fuel cell stacks for Aerospace applications. The main objective of the thesis was focused on the performance of the PEM FC system during start-up, shut-down, and load changes and the characterization of a PEM FC system during state transitions using segmented measurement plates.A detailed analysis of various operating parameters was performed to understand the behavior of the fuel cell during state transitions.The outcomes of the thesis include insights into the impact of temperature changes on voltage and performance, limitations related to temperature, and the effects of operating pressure and humidity on the fuel cell's performance Show less
