  Responsible for Product selection, Pricing, Promotion, Placement for Middle East & Africa incl. KSA (2 separate teams). Across all regions, I:- optimized the product selection process and drove alignment to make sure all sales managers sell the same range of products. Outcomes: a) successfully diversified product selection from one (charging) category to multiple categories which diversified the source of revenue for Anker and b) eliminated non-competitive products from the range to improve inventory management.- streamlined pricing process across all markets, from cost-up to MSRP-down, and aligned the pricing strategy between markets and channels to reduce conflicts.- designed and implemented a logical marketing development fund allocation for new product launches to ensure product launch success.- Successfully implemented overstock clearance plans, clearing several million $ of stock.   Traveling china & studying data science & building a new company

  After close to 7 years, having been part of the start-up days to the IPO, I left Anker. Now:- I am building a new company- I got serious about angel investing- After building my 1st WeChat mini-program using JS, HTML, CSS, I continue to study Data Science: Data analysis & visualization, and building ML models, using Python on SQL.- I travel China (Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai) - I will return to Holland this Summer with my girlfriend.
