As an Arthur Russell Fellow in Human Rights, I was able to intern in The Hague, work for a law firm in Botswana, and study for six months in South Africa.

I also communicated with the TIP Report Heroes, ran a twitter account, and helped to connect the Heroes and to provide whatever assistance I could.

I worked specifically on helping people apply for asylum, helping people apply for permanent residency ("green cards") or naturalization, helping people apply for family members overseas, and helping people with other miscellaneous forms of immigration relief.
