      Assisted in the planning and coordination of all operations for an 800-person organization. Responsibilities included resource management and allocation, planning and supervising individual and collective training events, and supervising all current operations during field exercises. Acted as chief of staff for an organization of over 200 people while the majority of the organization was deployed to Afghanistan. Managed a diverse group of personnel to include analysts, IT professionals, logisticians and mechanics. Oversaw the daily operations and administrative tasks of the organization. Assisted in the planning, resourcing and coordination of all operations for joint and inter-agency operations in and around Central America, provided command and control for decentralized and remote operations, and acted as a technical expert on logistical movement capabilities. Assisted in the planning, resourcing and coordination of all operations for multiple organizations ranging from 300 to 800 personnel. Executed the planning and coordination for training and missions across several countries. Led and managed a 40-person organization both deployed to Afghanistan and in garrison. Responsible for the health and welfare of personnel as well as their technical training, readiness and administrative requirements. Responsible for over $300,000 worth of equipment.
