  Lead author/ design consultant (talent, development and coaching centre of excellence - firmwide)

  Lead author and design lead/consultant with our Firmwide L&D team, supporting the development of our core skills and behaviours align to our values, strategy and business imperatives. Specialising in behavioural change (align to transformation), leadership and inclusion. Core projects include: - Redesign and on going delivery of "Altitude", welcoming over 1,600 Senior Associates each year to our innovative milestone 3 day residential leadership programme (2021 - current) - Talent Coach Programme: 18 month talent programme equipping our Talent Coaches with deep coaching skills to unlock and nurture the potential of our Associates and Senior Associates (2023 - current) - Open Mind / Everyday Inclusion: Great Minds (don't think alike), our ground breaking programme demystifying neurodiversity and empowering teams and individuals to achieve true potential and impact (2023) - Open Mind / Every day inclusion, and our multi award winning programme and suite of learning "Thing Again: Decisions I Make" (unconscious bias to conscious inclusion) (2020-21) - Student Welcome and induction, welcoming over 1,400 graduates and new joiners to our graduate programme (2022) - EAT programme (2020) - supporting the redesign for virtual delivery and behaviours to drive audit quality and value Show less
