  Currently Working as “Commissioning Assistant Operations Engineer” at HTDC Plant Project(High Temperature Direct Chlorination Plant for Producing EDC ) in EDC-VCM OPERATIONS.EDC/VCM OPERATIONS:I have Hands on experience of Following units.OXYCHLORINATION UNIT FOR EDC PRODUCTION:1. Fluidized Bed Oxygen based Reactor (OVR Reactor) & Fluidized Bed air-based Reactor (OXY Reactor).2. Catalyst Hopper and catalyst import / export operation & Hot Quench followed by Product 3 phase separator.3. EDC Recovery by Kerosene circulation & absorption / stripping.4. SUNDYNE Recycle Gas Compressor for OVR vents recycle & ELLIOT Air Compressor for process air to OXY reactor.5. Steam Generation System (Waste Heat) & its Deaerator and BFW Network.6. CO2 removal system by stripper from EDC & York vapor Compression chillers for Glycol circulationLOW TEMPERATURE CHLORINATION UNIT (LTC) FOR EDC PRODUCTION:1. Plug flow catalytic reactor for direct chlorination of ethylene to produce EDC.2. Wash trains for product quality improvement by water and caustic washing.PURIFICATION UNIT:1. Heads Column (For azeotropic distillation moisture removal) & Lights Column (For Lighter components removal).2. Hi-Boil Column (For heavies end removal) & Vacuum Distillation Column (For EDC recovery from heavies) STORAGE & TANKER LOADING/UNLOADING UNIT:1.EDC tanker loading and unloading facility for to and from storage tank to storage.2.Area storage, including tanks for dry and crude EDC and high-pressure bullets for VCM storage & product movement.WASTE VENTS INCINERATION:1. 02 Incinerators, equipped with 17TPH waste heat steam boiler & BMS, for waste vents incineration to control NEQ’s.WASTEWATER TREATMENT:1. Product recovery EDC separation by packed column strippers to control NEQ’s limits in wastewater by treatment.2. Liquid ring compressors for low pressure tank’s pressure controlling. Show less
