  As an IT analyst with UHN, I attended education and training session for Synapse and participated in multiple project meetings and readiness events. My main duties included troubleshooting, resolving and escalating incidents when they aligned with our standard processes and policies.   As a help desk analyst, I provided support to customers through various channels, including telephone, email, or other media, and respond to issues within defined SLAs. This IT assistance included knowledge of operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally. My duties extend to performing account management and maintenance for various applications and systems (e.g., create or modify user accounts and permissions, and perform password resets). I was able to identify recurring technical issues and perform problem analysis\isolate problems of minimal to moderate complexity, with general instruction and oversight from team leads and/or management. I was able to work as a team member and as an individual where I was able to independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues and be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of technical and non-technical skillsets.As an analyst, I am accountable for issues until resolution, including setting appropriate customer expectations, monitoring progress on referred problems, keeping customers apprised of progress, and collaborating with other teams as needed.
