  Responsible for the evaluation and development of the company-wide MMRP-related knowledge base, MMRP technology evaluations, collaboration of MMRP resources across all operating divisions and identifying and evolving competitive advantage for Jacobs in the MMRP Industry.• Perform duties to include corporate budget development and oversight, development and adherence to key performance criteria, hiring and training of personnel, and mobilization of projects to include personnel and equipment in support of multi-million dollar task orders. Supervises staff and subcontractor personnel to ensure project metrics are being achieved, conducts quality control reviews to ensure compliance as necessary to achieve government and stakeholders’ expectations.• Leads business development strategies to include capture planning, proposal management and cost estimating. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations for Environmental, Safety and Health and Human resources.• Responsible for developing, writing, reviewing and approval of task order proposals and standard operating procedures (SOP), quality assurance project plans, work plans, explosive safety submissions, site safety and health plans, and accident prevention plans.
