  Worked as a technical manager for Naphtha Cracker plant (based on Stone & Webster Technology) at Hazira manufacturing unit. I worked, with the team of Central Technical Services (CTS) for Cracker group of plants, on different projects regarding de-bottlenecking and smooth operation. Some of the major projects are:• Designing and commissioning of 1-Butene/MTBE unit based on Axens technology. Major activities involved are as following: 1. Site evaluation, technology selection, and technical review of selected technology 2. Process study, PFD and P&ID review and improvement 3. Equipments’ data sheets review provided by Licensor and DEC 4. Hydraulics calculations and review of DEC’s calculation for PSV 5. HAZOP and SIL Analysis, Cause and Effect diagram review etc 6.
