  Premier Social Adult Day Services Inc. provides a holistic approach towards enabling the elder citizens to interact with others socially. We pick up the members from their homes and bring them to our Center and provide nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks and a whole gamut of activities. Some of the activities carried out are Yoga, Zoomba, Lectures by Physicians, Mental Health Counsellors, Social workers, Physio-therapists and various experts of different fields. Members also regularly solve puzzles and do other activities to strengthen their mental and physical faculties. Group activities like dancing, singing and open discussions are carried out. Members are encouraged to develop their talents. All activities are carried out under expert supervision of well trained staff. Show less
