I developed an aftercare program and eventually led a team of 3 individuals that did the aftercare for all of the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home families. Played an instrumental role in developing the Spring Grove Grief to Peace Program while meeting my sales goals and many months exceeding them.

  Manage a team of Family Service & Preneed Advisors. Their primary role is to meet with individuals that want to preplan their funeral with The Gwen Mooney Funeral Homes or Spring Grove Cemeteries. I work with our VP of Sales and 2 other managers that, train and support a team of 28 individuals. I am also involved in the marketing decisions for The Spring Grove Family. My tenure at The Gwen Mooney Funeral Homes and Spring Grove Cemetery has included working as Advance Planning Advisor, Follow-up care team leader, instrumental in beginning our Grief to Peace Support Groups; working most events and spending much time connecting with the families that have used The Gwen Mooney Funeral Homes and Spring Grove Cemeteries. From May - December I partnered with the new Manager as she transitioned into our organization, creating a very smooth transition. Once completed, I moved back to my sales management position.
