  Logistics and Demil Manager for the European Theater. Completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt automating accountability for CADS/PADS, a program that improved visibility of shelf/device life for aviation community. Was adopted for inclusion by DA changing the way we manage those hard to get items. Visibly went from 40% to 100%.Served as USAREUR Demil Manager and had 19M Euro which was due to NATO paid within 90 days, a monumental effort since invoices had not be paid in 3 years. Chaired transportation, contractor, and ammunition management meetings with other nations. Attended NATO meeting in Luxembourg which was attended by leadership in 20 countries enabling a cross cultural network. Show less
