  - Designed and coordinated architectural projects across various sectors including commercial (OMPET, Oman), royal residential (Qatar and misters of Oman), institutional (Chamber of Commerce, Qatar), hospitality, education (University by Ministry of Art and Culture, Oman), and financial instates (Oman Arab Bank, Chamber of Commerce, Oman), ranging from 0.5 – 5 hectares, project values up to USD 5 million (equivalent).Responsibilities:- Led teams of designers and consultants including draftsmen, junior architects, senior architects, structural engineers, and quantity surveyors in multiple international design competitions for medium and large-scale (2 ha to 5 ha) projects.- Managed 3–4 projects simultaneously at various design and execution stages, with consultants, ministry approvals, contractors, and site management teams. - Coordinated on-site projects with remote international design consultants. - Managed projects for and coordinated with high-profile clients, including kin of the Sultan, ministers, and people of high statures in the Parliament of Oman, most of whom were non-English speaking.- Successfully provided a design for a client per their expectations after the client rejected 4 other designers with 11 different iterations.Achievements:- 3 out of 7 competition projects done were shortlisted or awarded to the company. - Promoted from Junior Architect to Architect within 18 months of joining.
