      I spent one of the two days with the marketing department. During this time I completed a competition pricing analysis, comparing the prices of alternative student accommodation. This enables Urbanest to set their prices effectively for the upcoming academic year.On the other day, I shadowed the CEO during important meetings which enabled me to oversee the day to day runnings of the business, particularly in the HR department. I also had the opportunity to visit the accommodation and attend a board meeting with the general managers of the 5 properties. A very valuable experience. Show less
