  -Handling EDC Work over Rigs to enhance HSE improvement as following:-Act as QM-HSE document controller to ensure proper handling, filing and maintenance of all HSE related documents. -Follow HSE requirements by EDC and the Clients and ensure compliance. -Support and advice on proper implementation of QM-HSE Management System through sound implementation of QM-HSE procedures and instructions in particular procedures having direct affect on the QM HSE Management System as follows: 1- Safe Job Analysis (SJA). 2- Work permit / Electrical Isolation. 3- Incident reporting and recording. 4- Incident investigation. 4- HSE meetings. 5- STOP System. 6- Certification of equipment. -Assist and monitor the implementation of emergency response and drills. -Provide guidance on HSE performance reporting. -Ensure proper and timely reporting on HSE matters i.e. STOP cards analysis report, weekly HSE meetings, monthly HSE meetings, weekly HSE inspection, etc. and shall report other performance indicators as appropriate. -Co-ordinate preparation of rig specific annual QHSE plan. -Provide technical HSE information and experience (data, techniques, equipment specifications, know-how) to his Superior. -Shall participate in QMS audits as an audit team member as per the assignment of the audit team leader. I've a Shell background. I had different exposures in multi-culture environment. Safety of the people and the operations is my priority with no compromise. I'm good at work within the team to achieve the targeted business plans and objectives. I have a leadership capabilities and decision making guts. I have a very good knowledge in Contracts, from pre-qualification stage to Contract award. I have also a good experience with Budget plans, cost optimization and Drilling Sequence short, Medium & long term Plans.
