  - Conceptualised all creative concept and development/ redevelopment for Dubai Parks and Resorts from February 2017.- Created entire Entertainment concepts for Future Six Flags Dubai theme park.- Managed solutions and equated savings of merging two entertainment departments with over 200 performers within Bollywood Parks Dubai and Motiongate Dubai, saving millions of dollars.- Managed solutions under consistent change in direction at Dubai Parks and Resorts, having to provide positive monetary outcomes.- Worked strenuously with Human Resources to provide solutions to entertainment contracts. - Liaised in creation with All Intellectual Properties (IP) including LIONSGATE, DREAMWORKS, LE FIG and SONY PICTURES to ensure all creative content created is approved and verified for Motiongate Dubai.- Wrote numerous show scripts across Dubai Parks and Resorts, as well as creative concepts, special events, press events, speeches, audition sides specific for each character, and detailed character synopses for each Motiongate Dubai performer to study and maintain.- Artistically directed music producers on music production for numerous entertainment offerings including composition, lyrics, vocal recordings and mastered tracks.- Co-conceptualised a Polynesian show for Lapita Hotel Dubai.- Conceptualised and produced a Polynesian ukulele singing show for Lapita Hotel Dubai.- Creatively Directed/ Choreographed and Directed the grand opening of the World of the Hunger Games within Motiongate Dubai with LIONSGATE entertainment.   Dubai Ministry of Education - Cultural Entertainment Showcase.- Completed entire budget and schedule for a 6 week production schedule for a showcase in May, and a 6 month production schedule for a showcase in October. - Began creatively conceptualising with Franco Dragone.- Contacted all necessary vendors and potential manpower for all aspects of the production.- Worked along side the executive producer of La Perle, Craig Hartenstine, to procure the venue and manpower of the La Perle show.- Decided the event should be delayed until October, based on high risk factors.- Handed over project to Filippo Ferraresi and Damien Long as I accepted offer as Creative Director for Al Futtaim.
