      Network and security Engineer performing post implementation tasks on client sites.Deployed IOS based security on Cisco Routers and Switches for a campus network. The task required to setup a security plan for users to access internet and also internal serves as well. We implemented network segregation , packet filtering, and IOS hardening to protect infrastructure.Installed an office network for 100 users with internal web and database servers and an active internet connectivity. A branch office required to be setup with head office connectivity ,providing protection to local database and also maintaining internet connectivity. We configured an ssl vpn to access to HQ resources and routed the rest of the traffic through normal internet link. We also configured inbound filtering to protect local database from being accessed through internet. Show less
