  - Verify and ensure that all financial transactions and documentation comply with College Operational Manual (COM) along with timely recording, posting and processing of all vendor payments as per IFRSs ensuring accurate withholding of Income Tax as per Income Tax Rules;- Prepare, process, record and disburse monthly payroll payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations;- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, withholding data, generation of PSIDs, challans and submission of payments to government bodies i.e., FBR, EOBI etc;- Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts according to requirements of Company and participation in Annual financial statements;- Coordination with tax consultant and Internal / external auditors for timely resolution of queries and with Head office and Branch staff for smooth closure of each month;- Update and maintain the Fixed Assets Register, prepare data and provide support to tax consultants in responding to tax notices etc; and- Ensure proper maintenance of vouchers and related records on a monthly basis, maintaining a well-organized and easily accessible filing system Show less
