      * Main job duties:- In charge of the overall performance of Credit Department as the team of 15 professionals- Generated new business through loan increase of approximately $2M per month and presentation of other bank products to potential customers- Built long-term relationship with around total 500 existing loan customers, especially the assigned Account Management list including a portfolio of 20 top corporate clients with networth from $30M upwards- Interacted with electronic loan processing and operation systems with around 100 transactions per day - Interviewed approximately 10 loan applicants per week to explore their needs and propose solutions- Analyzed and submitted comprehensive credit analysis reports up to $10M to Management with recommendations for approval - Authorized around 50 loan disbursements per day and monitored progress of loan collections- Conducted around 20 periodical reviews and site visits a month to existing loans customers to timely identify their new banking demands or detect early warning signs*Progress of advancement within the organization:- Started as Officer Grade 1 and promoted within 5 years to the position as Officer-in-Charge (Head) of Credit Department of Ho Chi Minh City Branch (Public Bank Vietnam is a wholly owned subsidiary of Public Bank Berhad Malaysia , the 3rd largest bank in Malaysia.
