I have completed 40 years of active Practice ,including human resource management,business management ,marketing,patient management .We have an adjoining generall anaesthetic facility that I am a partner in.I have estimated that I have had 400,000 patient visits and completed around 8000 general anaesthetics over the 40 clinical years.

  I am speaking to the ECC epidemic,looking at the ramifiactions of early childhood caries to the child,their family and to the general community.I hope to promote the concept that untreated ECC is a chronic ,infectious disease that is about more than just" baby teeth".Along with speaking,the Foundation can offer expertise in setting up and running free examination clinics in any community with the volunteer assistance of the local oral health community. We promote the examinations of children 12 months and younger to enable parents to become aware of the need to begin Preventive care immediately after the birth of their children thereby reducing the risk of ECC.We also communicate with policy makers ,demonstrating the economic impact this disease has on health benefit plans.
