I was fully responsible for seeing patients in the critical care units and assessing their nutrition needs. Provided tube feeding recommendations and monitored patients on total parenteral nutrition along with conducting diet educations and recommending medical nutrition supplements when appropriate. Foodservice Management ⋅15 weeks & over 75 hours in direct food production and over 2 weeks of management staff relief.⋅Served as supervisor for the breakfast/lunch traylines & ensured all meals met regulations and patients’ specific dietary requirements.⋅Worked as a dietary assistant, which included direct interaction with patients.
