Responsible for a bevy of initiatives across the areas of strategy, media mix management, creative strategy & development, revenue management, New Product Development and P&L management. Brand lead on the Splenda® Canada business. Reversed sales declines despite a highly competitive marketplace and negative category headwinds. Responsible for multi-million BME spend, digital marketing initiatives, portfolio strategy, television creative development (for the brand new equity spot), amongst other exciting challenges! Led the creation of a newly defined Guelph-McNeil Supply Planning role, overseeing +$150M in annual sales from lead brands such as Tylenol®, and Motrin®. Through my tenure, fulfillment rates improved from 68% to 98%, and I was awarded the Q2 Canadian Supply Chain Professional award. Additionally, I led long-term capacity planning projects, and assisted with the successful execution of several new product launches. Lastly, co-led University Recruitment efforts for the Supply Chain group. Within supply planning, I managed national product supply across multiple brands, including Zantac®, while maintaining key inventory metrics. Additionally, I led several key cost improvement projects, driving savings in excess of $200k. Within trade customization, I coordinated and executed promotional display initiatives for both national & customer-level accounts across multiple brands, including Tylenol®, and Motrin®.
