  Presently, I serve as the Country Project Manager for Salesforce where I manage the database and monitor Key Performance Metrics and trends that inform decision-making processes across the program.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:🏆 Coordinated a robust and targeted research on the sustainability and impact of Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) programs in Butere Sub-County thereby strengthening the organizational approach in curating responsive, multidimensional and holistic solutions to endemic diarrhea among children <5 Yrs.🏆 Bolstered the capacity of the M&E staff in participatory planning and collective solution-making by facilitating intensive M&E trainings which consequently improved the M&E practice among staff by 40%.🏆 Harnessed the overall organizational reporting efficiency to attain a 98% reporting turnaround time by championing the implementation of a new reporting software, Living Water Information System (LWIS).🏆 Strengthened departmental planning efficiency, accountability and workflow by proposing, designing and implementing a detailed Evaluation Plan with clearly stipulated roles, timelines and the staff in charge.🏆 Provided technical leadership and supervisory guidance to an integrated team of researchers tasked with conducting a baseline survey on the level of specific SDG 6 indicators in Nyakach Sub-County, Kisumu. Show less 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:🏆 Proposed and supported the implementation of new project tracking systems including using Mobile Applications and Google Maps to visualize ongoing projects in real-time and to discern program trends.🏆 Played a frontline role in knowledge generation and multi-agency solution formulation by participating in County/ National level WASH and humanitarian coordination meetings including KEWASNET forums, Interagency Coordination Committee on WASH, Kisumu County WASH forum, and Kakamega County WASH partners.🏆 Provided technical guidance to various project teams on the importance of integrating WASH projects, advising on mainstreaming gender, and focusing on PWDs and the youth in WASH projects.🏆 Designed an efficient community WASH implementation strategy which ensured that all projects were implemented on priority/ need basis and that the selection of the project site and project technology was achieved through a participatory approach.🏆 Played a key pivotal role in evaluating the relevance and appropriateness of current and future WASH programming by checking the coherence of internal and external policies and protocols relating to grassroots WASH programs.
