  Responsible for the physical manufacturing and distribution for the whole of Ministry of Sound's recordings business, managing around 40 projects a year and manufacturing over 2 million units. Negotiated a two-year deal with an international company to exclusively manufacture MoS product, saving the company a very substantial amount of money each year. I managed a small internal team as well as relationships with our manufacturer and distributor to ensure product makes it to shelf in time for release. I also have account management responsibilities for Entertainment Alliance, Record Store Day and independent record shops.- Negotiated an average 30% saving across all our physical manufacturing between July 2015 – July 2017- Manufactured and distributed over 100 albums with a 100% success rate, falling within budget and time restrictions - Designed and implemented a new stock ordering management system which has allowed a much more efficient management of the MoS catalogue- Increased the standard of MoS packaging introducing more extravagant finishes to appeal to the gifting market- Trained and manage my assistant in production and distribution - Through additional campaign activity Entertainment Alliance increased their net revenue value by over £50K year or year Show less

  I was the account manager on several high profile labels helping plan and manufacture over 200 international titles using an online planning tool called SPW, tracking critical path milestones to ensure product was distributed around the world in time for release date.Managing asset delivery and stock control across all assigned titles, ensuring enough stock was available during peak periods. Development and application of forecasting techniques used to manage key supplier accounts.I helped build a global reporting structure for tracking back orders in the business. This involved contacting colleagues from all around the globe in order to make sure territories reported in line with the business requirements.I provided support to the project team who helped on-board new territories to an already integrated online planning tool.
