      In December 2003 I was hired as Assistant Personal Banker. In December 2004, as a result of my activity I was promoted Personal Banker. Besides fulfilling always my targets, I have won a very important Cross Selling Contest. In January 2006 I was promoted passing to Corporate Banking side.Main responsibilities:• To generate business for the bank and increase the bank's corporate clients portfolio; • To maintain and develop business relationships with clients; • To market the full range of bank's products and services; • To initiate credit proposals based on thorough economic analysis of corporate clients; • To work closely with other departments in order to provide the best services to the clients. • To develop business activities in compliance with the business plan and budget for retail clients segment (individuals); • To develop sales channels for retail products and services; • To identify and acquire new retail clients; • To develop the up-selling and cross-selling activities with chosen partners• To implement new retail products and services on the market according to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
