I am responsible for the design support and production activities of the active and passive equipment designed and produced within the scope of the project to be used on the space platform. The responsibilities I took part in during the project are listed below:•Electronic Design Library Management: Identifying electronic components on the altium library prepared for use in electronic designs and creating appropriate PCB layouts •Composition: Performing high-reliability manual component assemblies in line with the guidelines set by ESCC and IPC.•Assembly: Prepared production of Active and Passive RF Equipment Performing electromechanical assemblies in accordance with the documents •Wire-Bonding: Performing wire-bonding applications used in the production of Hybrid RF/Microwave Modules.•Lead-Forming: Performing pre-assembly leg bending applications of Space Qualified flat-pack electronic components. •IC Die Packing: Silver RF MMIC die components Added epoxy stamping process followed by curing in a nitrogen atmosphere by placing in ceramic packages. Making the necessary electrical connections of the component placed in the package by wire bonding. Due to the necessity of producing the equipment designed and manufactured for use on space platforms in a controlled environment, assembly, assembly and production activities are carried out under Class-10000 clean room conditions. A part from the scope of the project, I undertake the responsibility of the common laboratory area and test equipment of CTech company.
