  Got selected through Camus in L&T , moved to the green field project of a JV of L&T with Johndeere. This was the most wonderful experience where i got responsibilities to work on setting up the transmission assembly shop from day 1 under the guidance of Mr D S Mandavgane and Pradeep Talpade . Planning of the assembly line and then executing the plan interms of getting the infrastructure installed and setting up the processes was excellent . During this period also got a lot of experience visiting the Kanzaki and Manheim plants along with Mr Pradip Shah from JohnDeere. Show less

  During this period , i was responsible for production on the assembly line that was set up by me along with Lalit Kumbhare. I was responsilble for planning , schedulling and production . During this period we raised the production from 2 transmissions per day to 82 trans per day by Mar 05. Got a wonderfull experience of Man management ( dealing with operators ) , dealing with various departments like quality , supply management etc.

  Responsible for Factory Order Fulfillment After successful implementation of the SAP Project in Nov -09 , presently responsible for stabilising this newer version of SAP at Factory After working for almost 9 years in manufacturing , moved to IT as SAP project manager for Migration of JDEPL to Global Ag&Turf SAP Landscape . After working for around 7 years in assembly , got an opportunity to work for 1.5 years in Manufacturing Engineering for Machining areas ( engine and transmission machine shop ). This was totally new experience as i worked through out in assembly and now got an oppurtunity to work for machining. This was the phase when Johndeere completely took over from L&T the tractor business , i moved from Transmission assembly to Engine Manufacturing engineering. Though this was a small period but it was excellant i was involved greatly in the integration with JDPS and for the capacity expansion for the engine factory.
