  Use Case: On-Time & In-Full delivery prediction. Business Need: Some retailers impose fine on suppliers for delivering the order late or incomplete. To ensure CPG companies meet their target, identifying late & incomplete deliveries is critical.Solution: To predict order fulfillment and on-time deliveries for suppliers when the order is created in the system. Applied various supervised machine learning algorithms to generate insights intohistorical trend and predict the On-Time/In-Full score for upcoming weeks.Result: Created dashboard (Power BI) which provide clear picture on all the open orders along with its On-Time and In-Full prediction status helping the Client to reduce their financial penalties of ~5% (USD 5 million) by ensuring delivery of full orders at right time. Show less Use case: Store aging predictionUsed ML algorithms to forecast and generate insights based on historical trends to predict ageing of inventory across different customer stores. Considered parameters such as seasonality, weekday/weekend trends, demand swings by different SKU classifications like –regular, seasonal and new; fast and slow moving SKUs.Solution predicts by store, and by SKU - 5 weeks of likely aging scenarios including the week its likely to age in.Key outcomes:1. Successful in predicting potential aging scenarios. Able to predict CFR and Waste with nearly good accuracy (75%+).2. High ticket aging possibilities triggered in advance to prevent potential loss.3. Helped planning teams to optimize inventory based on predicted results.4.
