    • New england scaffolding

      May 2015 - Oct 2016
      Field operations specialist

During my time as a scaffold foreman, I had the privilege of overseeing a variety of projects, such as fabricated frames, systems scaffolding, tube & coupler, and sidewalk protection. Over the course of over a year, I successfully erected and dismantled nearly 6 major projects that typically took 3 to 4 weeks to complete, as well as several smaller projects. Despite the occasional discomforts caused by weather changes, I thoroughly enjoyed my job and took great pride in my team's work. On any given day, my team consisted of 2 to 8 people, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside them. Show less

      Mar 2017 - Jan 2023

As an Associate Specialist, I completed all Recon field audits by ensuring all physical counts were done on time and per schedule. I coordinated successful audits with 95% accuracy. I was responsible for matching trays that were uploaded, to the ones that were expected for each territory. I matched the inventory that was scanned, to the implant kits that were expected. I helped the Cycle Count team finish all their Physical & Random cycle counts. I developed personal priorities using SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) priorities, with defined quarterly milestones, by the end of Q1. I completed online compliance training including Code of Business Conduct and Ethics; Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and Conflicts of Interest. I partnered with my co-workers in creating new training documents for everything we do (this includes SOPs and ZWIs related to field audits). I helped in creating KRA (Key results area) and KPA (key performance area) for my team and I helped in training new team members. Show less As a Team Lead, my responsibilities include coordinating my team's weekly schedule with the sales rep’s schedule to ensure a successful audit. I make necessary changes and manage my team's travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and hotel bookings. It's my job to ensure that my team has the proper credentials and access to the hospitals we will be visiting for each audit. After completing the physical audit, I assist my team in submitting everything on time and help with the reconciliation process. I've led seven successful audits in 2021 and 10 successful audits in 2022 with a team of two or three people. Additionally, I train new team members on standard procedures, the code of conduct, and our team's values and approach. Show less As the Field Audit Coordinator for Zimmer Biomet, I excel at maintaining and expanding relationships with our valued customers, including distributors, independent agents, direct sales, and support staff. My role requires me to travel extensively across North and South America, conducting physical audits of Zimmer Biomet's inventory every month, which entails spending two weeks away from the office and two weeks back in the office, helping with reconciliation, and preparing for the next audit. I work closely with my team lead, supervisor, and the Inventory Control department to ensure that proper inventory controls and traceability are maintained across all physical locations. Additionally, I provide training, guidance, and support to distributors and sales management on inventory management policies, procedures, and best practices, as needed. I am committed to ensuring the success and growth of our business through my diligent efforts and unwavering dedication. Show less In my role as a polymer process operator at Zimmer Biomet, I utilized various machinery, measuring equipment, and proper handling techniques in the Mold Room. My responsibilities included setting up machinery, reading blueprints and routers, and creating artificial knee and elbow products using Vitamin E solution and resin. I ensured that all my work met the required specifications and quality standards by submitting samples to ATS Lab for testing. Each night, I successfully operated 8 compressing machines, resulting in the production of over 60 parts. Additionally, I operated a CNC machine to smooth out the parts previously made through the compressing machines. Show less
