  I was working in Akshar Realty Group as a Civil Engineer for Akshar Pavilion Project.Akshar Pavilion includes 12 duplexes, 10 triplexes, 11 5 Story Buildings, One Mall with includes Cinemas and other shops as far as i work there. there are so many other structures are still under process like; 11 multi story buildings of 3 no's. and one 5 star hotel.Here are some highlights of my work as civil engineer;1. supervising works base on site work plan. preparing daily production and material consumption reports.2. responsible for structural works and its checks as per approved drawings.3. responsible for finishing works like brick works, plaster works, tile works, doors and window works, etc.4. prepare labor sub contractors bills.5. involve in pre tension slab preparation for mall also.6. main responsible for 4 no.'s of 5 story buildings structural and finishing works.7. also supervise other structure in absence of responsible site engineer.   I was fairly confident that, based on my experience, I would find a job quickly as I left Kuwait and tried to locate a similar work in India. I worked remotely for the same project in Kuwait for the first eight months. I tried to find a full-time job while looking for new prospects, but it was not as easy as it seemed. I struggled a lot to meet employers' expectations. I applied for jobs for months, but they were all but closed. After that, I began devoting time to my father's company, and I now devote my entire working day to helping it develop and soar to new heights. Show less
