  As the programme manager, I am responsible for the realization of impact-oriented projects that facilitate the fashion industry's uptake and implementation of (environmental & social) sustainable solutions. Supporting sponsorships and partnership teams to secure the financial longevity of impact programs. My role includes:- Collaborating with the senior management including the Chief Impact Officer, Director of Development, and Sustainability Director to develop and launch a new impact strategy.- Securing 5-year grant and buy-in across departments for the development of the expansion of the circular fashion partnership into Bangladesh, Cambodia and Vietnam.- Overseeing the planning, executing, monitoring, and delivery of strategic programmatic milestones together with regional partner project managers across South Asia and Europe.- Presenting a comprehensive analysis of recycling traceability solution providers and strategic apparel countries which resulted in project expansion into new regions including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Cambodia. - Acting as a sounding board for the leadership team being the main contact person for strategic impact projects.- Presenting our impact projects as the spokesman during Copenhagen Fashion Week, and in external interviews including WWD, Vogue Sustainability, and the Global Fashion Summit (formerly Copenhagen Fashion Summit). The Circular Fashion Partnership is a cross-sectorial project led by GFA that aims to achieve a long-term, scalable transition to a circular fashion system. My role as the partnership project manager entails:- Developed and implemented a comprehensive circular textiles project focused on the Bangladesh fashion ecosystem from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.- Managed relationship with technology partner Reverse Resources focused on the digitalization of waste mapping and recycling in Bangladesh.- Coordinated report-findings feedback and cross-organization collaboration with fashion industry institutions including the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Textile Exchange, and Fashion for Good. - Organised and collected feedback on product development as part of the minimum viable product elaboration with the main technology partner.- Drafted action plans and led meetings with project stakeholders to review project status, identify areas of improvement and assure quality control.- Co-authored project reports, quarterly monitoring, and evaluation reports and presented high-level results to stakeholders including the C-Suite.- Facilitated both internal and external workshops and networking events for project stakeholders, with an online attendance of over 400 participants.- Fostered a strong team environment conducive to creative thinking whilst employing problem-solving techniques/strategies.- Improved long-term relationships with existing strategic project stakeholders through diligent project status updates, resulting in renewed commitments to newly launched projects. - Managed project budget and analyzed project progress, adapting timelines and resources, when necessary to ensure that the project remains both within scope and budget.
