  My day-to-day:- Assisting with software development in general;- Supporting back-end and front-end development;- Supporting data integration from different external and internal company applications;- Supporting the implementation of data visualization and analysis for all sectors of the company. My contribution:- Integration between APIs of the internal applications GnReport and GnManager;- Launch of the new version (v2) of GnManager, an application for laboratory use;- Developed a more agile method for creating and executing unit tests based on the import of verified data; - Based on the daily execution of the tests, I stored the data with the number of successes and generated graphs analyzing the evolution of the algorithm;- I created the database's entity and relationship diagram based on existing modeling;- I helped set up and diagram a Jenkins pipeline involving unit tests;- Creation of a data lake integrating MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases;- Data analysis with clustering for an article;Tools used:- Python and Javascript languages;- PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases;- Linux operating system;- Git versioning system;- Building APIs with DjangoRest Framework, Swagger.
