  Providing health and safety advice and support to the NEC Exhibition venue, working closely with the event managers and venue operations teams.Contributes to departmental health and safety planning and ensuring the implementation of inspection initiatives. Conducts accident investigations, compiles reports and makes recommendations to the business. Provides risk management advise and tailored support. Manages Group accident reporting software and accident statistics. Supporting events in all NEC Group venues through the completion of safety audits for pyro, special effects and display lasers. Acts as the Safety Rep at select Arena events.Involved in the build of the Nightingale Hospital at the NEC as part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
