  Responsible to coordinate the project’s product development engineering team, assure to accomplish the product technical spec requirement and assure the project implementation at the defined quality, time and cost. Responsible to determinate the new refrigeration project scopes, based on the product planning and marketing department’s inputs. Estimate the product cost impact, program investment, expenses, effort and development time. Coach the Sig Sigma Green Belt engineers on the deployment of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) and DFR (Design for Reliability) projects in order to predict the correct functionality of the designs.
