  General Manager

  I started out as CSR/sales position and with in 6 months was promoted to CSR Manager. I dealt with every customer issue as needed on adaily basis. I was granted permission to discount, or fix customers orders with the goal of pleasing the customer so as to not lose anybusiness for the company. I also coordinated placing of orders, communicated the needs of the customer to the design, production andinstallation teams in order to complete the specific project. I assisted in the purchase of over 1 million dollars of printing equipment and assisted in the relocation from one 6000 sq ft operation to a 15,000 sq ft plant. I was involved in the purchase of consumables and eventually assisted the general manager in all daily operations, including but not limited to staff schedules, inter office memos, budgets, meeting of sales goals and implementation of policies and procedures to help the business keep up with its growth. In July of 2009 I took on the role of general manager and at this point learned how to operate the grand format 3 meter machines, I still handled the customer service arena as well as managing the sales intake, coordinated and made sure the production work flow met specific project deadlines,oversaw installation schedules and aggressive product purchases.   I transitioned into the outside sales role and was the account manager of many existing clients from the carry over of 6 years at Mega-Prints, Inc. This was the next step up the ladder to increase my knowledge and grow my income in the signage industry; recognizing that A plus signs is 1 of 3 divisions specializing in the custom fabrication of electrical and architectural sign components including but notlimited to manufacturing and installation of large pylon, freestanding monuments, pole signs and channel letters. I was responsible forfollowing up and generating new sales leads, Obtaining master sign program information from landlords, complying and following citysign ordinance requirments keeping to the codes and regulations set forth by each individual city and county sector. Still practicing the necessary skills that required me to be detailed and diligent with strong time management skills as well as extensive product knowledge to set myself apart from the competition.   HR/Payroll/Compliance Administrator (with a little side of Project Coordinating)

  I get the pleasure of working hand in hand with owner Chris Shafer and a talented staff of technicians and installers with one goal being the strengthening of existing customer relations as well and the building of new relationships. I am responsible for the coordination of multiple project installations, the communication of timelines to customers as well as 10-15 installers. I gather information and report all job details to the proper partners involved with each and every project. I have implemented and drafted work order packets with intricate details ensuring that our installation performance is successful. I also coordinate and handle the HR and payroll for the company updating and implementing new operating procedures and control systems with department managers. Show less
