  Federal bank is one of the leading old generation private banks from Kerala, a state in India. It took totally 7 months from Project initiation date to first pilot branch go live on the Finacle solution. There was not one instance of delay in schedule in making the pilot branch live as per project plan which was signed in April. Majority of complex interfaces and customization were ready for pilot branch so that branch users felt the minimal difference of system change from in-house software Fed soft to global solution Finacle. As of Dec 2007, 500+ branches are live on Finacle. I was Project Manager of this project and co-ordinated with Third party to execute it. We won the Asian Banker IT Award 2008 for best Implementation. Show less
