Evaluate daily group observations and compile running data that can be translated to graphical representations using multiple variables showing the performance factors associated with construction activities. Perform validation of quantities reported by project control. Perform over-sight of all work activities and provide feedback to SNC management regarding project’s activity effectiveness.
