Engineers & Director. Conduct concrete trials Mix for various grade as M10 to M80. Preparation of Mix Design as per standard code. Monitoring concrete production at batching plant & checking quality of same as per approved quality assurance plan. Preparation of reports & submitted to the clients. Working on technical Issues. Perform regular internal calibrations, equipment calibration and maintenance and all other Aspects of the quality system as and when required. Knowledge of specifications and codes – according to IS codes, BS EN,ACI & ASTM.• LAB ENGINEER / NDT ENGINEER:- Non-destructive Testing and Reporting ( Detailed Visual Inspection, Rebound Hammer Test, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test, Measuring Crack depth & Crack width, Cover meter Test, Core Test). Trials conducting on different grade of concrete with different admixture & with different Microfinance as per Client requirement & detail Reporting. Harden concrete testing & Reporting. Durability Testing & Reporting (WPT). CA & FA testing and Reporting. Cement,PFA,GGBS – testing & Reporting. Basic knowledge of admixture. SPECIAL TESTS:- Surface resistivity of concrete- Rate of corrosion and half cell potential ( iCOR-gitech)- Sorptivity test Show less
