  Starting as a bar man within the club I was promoted to bar manager. During my time as the manager I was tasked with arranging club functions & events. I would hold weekly meetings with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bar. Throughout my time here I would be dealing directly with external sales representatives from within the Drinks industry. There were many other duties involved as part of my role which would include cash handling, stock ordering, staff training, however the most important thing was to make sure the club members & customers were dealt with in a professional manor by my staff.   As a manager at Three I am involved in many duties.These range from the day to day running of the store, meeting daily & monthly store kpis,cash handling weekly and monthly stock takes. Throughout the years I have also been holding daily and weekly staff meetings to update the team on the store and their individual performance.It is also important that I monitor the store conversion rates and footfall trends to ensuring we had adequate staff levels on site to cover demand. It is also my duty to ensure we maintain a high work environment for all staff in store. Maintaining weekly and monthly pos material to company standard.
