Tables were expected to be attended with speed and care. On top of that I gained a sense of salesmanship, by upselling drinks, pushing specific dishes and desserts.Furthermore, I made sure reservations were taken in a manner to distribute the bookings evenly to reduce stress on the kitchen and front of house in order to provide high-quality, effortless service.
