  Accomplishments: During my 9 month experience at the Job Corps site, the Educational Functional Level gains made by my learners went from below 15% to 51.3% which exceeded the required goals set by the state.I refreshed our programs social media and website which attracted more inquiries into our offerings. As well, I designed and updated our marketing materials and introduced job aids for staff and student use.
