  I have many skills. I am an aircraft technician currently controlling engineering operations across the transport fleet. Before this I have been a trainee development co-ordinator mentor and counselling technicians in the RAF. I have also supported schools as a Combined Cadet Force Training Evaluation Support and Testing SNCO. I have also many years experience as a technical instructor being a subject matter expert in Oxygen systems.   Employed on a busy Tornado aircraft squadron on first line maintenance tasks building upon time spent at TTTE but at a much operationally enhanced tempo reacting to working in field conditions where results and speedy repairs were essential to maintain the flying requirement to ensure National security was maintained. Experienced in battle damage repair undertaking repairs to hydraulic, electrical and airframe flying controls. Worked on Tornado aircraft hydraulic, air conditioning, undercarriage, flying control, pressurisation, oxygen, nitrogen and avionic systems at first line rectification level. Used specialist test equipment including hysteresis testing, STRAAT test kits, pressurisation test sets, undercarriage and aircraft alignment checks, airframe repair using pneumatic air tools.

  My current role is teaching in schools the following subjects: Leadership, team-building, weapon training, academic subjects in line with an established syllabus, dress and deportment, advice and support, testing of competencies in line with current regulations and provision of assets. I teach children from the ages of thirteen up to eighteen years of age and it is a very rewarding and varied position. I have a very sought after position that has only eighteen staff in the country directly involved with delivering a syllabus to some 200+ schools, independent, state and Grammar. My forte is in leadership and teambuilding and I use my skills gained from my; MA, Facilitators Course, Welfare Courses, Health and Safety Course and my First Aid At Work Course on a daily basis.
