Conduct thorough financial analysis and Executive Summary for new cases or solicited directly toidentify the customer needs and offer them the suitable product program matching the credit products' policy4. Maintain strong relations with existing Business Banking clients to maximize CIB share of wallet in all relevant products5. Cooperate with Risk team to undertake proper credit assessment for borrowing clients in order to ensure highportfolio quality7. Negotiate with the clients and settle on pricing, facilities, terms & Conditions with clients before handling the case to the Business Banking Risk for final recommendation Show less -Successfully increased the managed portfolio by almost 25% in the past 2 years. while yearly target was 15%, i manged to overachieve using my networking skills and expertise in portfolio management-Manage efficiently the portfolio of 350 customers designated, Acquire new customers and Upgrade existing customers along with cross-selling all exclusive products to the customer to achieve his/her set target and meet the annual approved plan. -Review reports provided from Quality Assurance Department & Call Centre which indicates the level of service & rate of complaints, then ensure that any customer complaint is solved, as well as striving for achieving the best in class service through professional customer handling.-Achieved net sales of liabilities 100 mn EGP and 5 mn USD for 2 consecutive years. By tracking wealth customers’ inflows and outflows on a daily basis and contact customers to seek information behind unexpected behaviour.-Insuring that a consistently high level of customer service is maintained by effectively dealing with CIB Wealth Customer’s queries and complaints.-Ensure that the work area is maintained in good condition and that product literature is available and prominently displayed.-Replacing Wealth District Head in his absence, as the most senior member of team of 14 other Wealth managers. Tasks handled including keeping track of the daily sales figure of the whole district and making sure all team members are aware of where do they stand in terms of EoM sales reports and best estimate.
