This function maximised channel partners no.s as both market received from 0 network to better functional partners with 0 mt to 2200 mt/monthly sales(in FY 2017-2018). In FY 2018-2019 got opportunity to work in Bolangir,Sonepur and Boudha districts(western Odisha) and turned around market share from 6% to 19% in channel sales and achieved quantity sales from 750 Mt Avg/Monthly to 5000 Mt Avg/Monthly in (2018-2019 and 2019-2020) just 2 years and appointed 8 dealers and 20 retailers. As the market, volume and dealer no’s was declining due to many transitions were going in company controlled fully on degrowth. In Oct’19 after integration took charge as Territory Sales Executive of 8 blocks of Bolangir and accelerated the market from 900 mt avg./Monthly in FY 2019-2020 to 3000 mt. avg./monthly by end of FY.2022-23.Turnned around market share from 3.5% to 12% in Bolangir, which was previously considered one of the de-growing market in Odisha. Successfully contributed vital part with newly launched water -proofing solutions products of BPD Division like Weather Pro +200,Flex,Hi-Flex,Seal And Dry Sbr,5 Plus, Tile And Marble Fitting (Tile Fixo Ct,Vt,Nt),Tile Grout.Readiplast Specialist Plaster System(Interior, Interior Premium, Exterior) and succeeded to establish the concept of 1 mt:1 lit. Cent percent among channel partners (Both dealers & retailers). Recently got super mileage from IHB’s,contractors and masons through the service oriented app U-tech which is the USP over competitors and got a better threshold by providing 2D,3D,VR,Budgeting and estimation,finace,anti-termite,rain water harvesting and experts suggestion regarding planning to finish in the smarter way .
