DESAFIA-TE 2.0 was a new version of Leroy Merlin's trainee program, being an initiative to accelerate and develop skills in a specialized retail company.The route involved, in a first phase, experiencing the multi-concept business model adopted by Leroy Merlin and getting to know the dynamics of Operations (Stores and Logistics Platforms).During the rest of the journey I worked at Leroy Merlin Matosinhos, specializing in the area of ​​Logistics Operations.
