  After succeed for building marketing website with Employers Team, I got offering to work with Product Team and Work closely with tech team, Product Manager, UX Researcher and our user (Recruiter). I have responsible to create end-to-end design to solve the recruiters to manage the candidates efficiently. Succeed to create new features and onboarding for recruiters on Superpowered website (our company's website for recruiters to manage and sorted the candidate) I worked closely with Product Marketing Team to design and develop website for employers. Succeed to design and develop https://employers.glints.com/ as Lead Project and Developer. Beside of my responsible to be Lead, I also the one who research, design, and develop the website itself. I also work with employers creative team to made campaign especially for website.
