In less than a year, I successfully implemented new ad product and content features, resulting in a substantial $12MM increase in revenue from these new and optimized products alone.But it wasn't just about the numbers for me—I was on a mission to make product understanding easy and accessible for everyone. For internal product marketing purposes, I crafted a Revenue Product Handbook that became the go-to guide for over 40% of the company (considering all the employees who wouldn't need a guide like that!), plus individual robust materials for every product that needed my support.
