Upgrade Integrated Security Systems, 16 Gas Plant Facilities.Key Responsibilities:1 Reviewing the standards and requirements of Highway geometric design for the projects assigned by the client, Saudi Aramco.2 Getting familiar with AASHTO, HCM, HSM, MUTCD, MOT, MOMRA, HCIS, SAES, and SAEP Manuals and Standards.3 Participating in preparing Scope of Works (SOW), DBSP Reports, Design Basis Scoping Reports, DD Details Design Reports, Plot Plan Reports, Interface Plan Reports, MTO, ER Estimates, Projects Proposal, Technical Reports, Document Control Lists, Minutes of Meeting, Progress Reports, following-up of projects status, and all other necessary documents.4. Being at sites working as a member of the concrete team responsible for the concrete works of structural members in terms of the pre-pouring and pouring processes including carrying out inspection, supervision, and monitoring, following up checklist works progress, and procedures, guiding and managing sites, reporting, and documenting progress.2. Providing technical guidance and clarifications on drawings and specifications to the contractor and his workmen to ensure adherence to quality standards.3. Ensuring the approval method of statements and drawings are going according to specifications, requirements, and regulations.4. Examining plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance to standards and arranging necessary corrections, as and when required.5. Inspecting actual progress of work, including quality, and arranged rectification of work not meeting quality specifications and ensured timely action for delayed activities.6. Examining and inspecting concrete tests required, and concrete quality (consistency, workability, free of segregation), type of concrete and grade, dispatching and pouring time, rate of concrete, casting method, curing process, and finishing quality, maintained test reports and inspection records to ensure conformance to quality.7. Being in contact with contractor and quality control engineers, laboratory technicians, concrete plants, and suppliers and reporting progress and details of works.8. Contributing to reviewing, commenting, documenting drawings, archiving, and following up on the status of work and materials inspection requests.9.
