      As the only HR representative at the store level, I was responsible for the keying of payroll each week. I was responsible for the training compliance. I also implemented a training tracking system that helped our store reach the goals set forth by the district management team. Eventually this tracker was also implemented across the district. I enjoyed what I did at Kmart because I was able to assist employees with their concerns as well as help the company grow through the people aspect of the business. Show less
