  As the only HR representative at the store level, I was responsible for the keying of payroll each week. I was responsible for the training compliance. I also implemented a training tracking system that helped our store reach the goals set forth by the district management team. Eventually this tracker was also implemented across the district.   As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, I am responsible for the recruitment and sourcing for the North Florida Operations division. My specialties for this division include, but are not limited to, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, Penetration Testers, and other similar positions.
